چکیده
Abstract Limitations such as maximum power consumption during peak hours, scheduled load shedding and unplanned brownouts are problems of weak stressed electricity grids. To compensate for shortage energy, the usage renewable energies is a solution delivering increased reliability consumers. Although sub-Saharan African countries suffer from unreliable grids, they benefit large amounts solar radiation throughout year. Therefore, domestic systems including photovoltaic panels, battery storage water heating attractive solutions to supply affordable reliable energy hot However, deliver best management electrical loads in face brownouts, smart strategy required. Consequently, proposed relies on predicted values generation autonomously control system both on-grid off-grid modes. This method evaluated using case study relying measured data low-income house Botswana. Results show that addition sustainable support utility grid by decreasing reduces annual consumer bill 64% increases 95.5 99.5%. Thereby providing due
